On lui doit notamment l&#8217;introduction de l&#8217;h\u00e9licit\u00e9 (un invariant des \u00e9quations d&#8217;Euler), des contributions fondamentales en analyse convexe en dimension infinie (fonctions proximales, dualit\u00e9&#8230;), l&#8217;introduction du processus de rafle par un convexe mobile et des r\u00e9sultats profonds sur la formulation et la r\u00e9solution de la dynamique des syst\u00e8mes avec impacts et frottement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jean Jacques Moreau est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 en 2014 et la <strong>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Math\u00e9matique de France<\/strong> (SMF) et la <strong>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Math\u00e9matiques Appliqu\u00e9es et Industrielles<\/strong> (SMAI) ont souhait\u00e9 honorer sa m\u00e9moire en cr\u00e9ant en 2018 un prix plac\u00e9 sous le parrainage de l&#8217;Acad\u00e9mie des Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une journ\u00e9e d&#8217;hommage \u00e0 Jean Jacques Moreau \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue le 27 Mars 2020 \u00e0 l&#8217;occasion de la premi\u00e8re attribution de ce prix. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e en raison de la crise sanitaire et prendra la forme d&#8217;une apr\u00e8s-midi de &#8220;conf\u00e9rence-d\u00e9bat&#8221;, l<strong>e 15&nbsp; juin 2021 de 14:30 \u00e0 17h<\/strong>, organis\u00e9e par l&#8217;Acad\u00e9mie des Sciences en visio-conf\u00e9rence et retransmise en direct sur sa cha\u00eene Youtube.
